PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: March 6, 2026

1. OVERVIEW

SpaceMatter Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using the Spacematter website or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We currently collect the following information:

  • Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected automatically when you visit the site.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Maintain and manage the waitlist for early access to the Spacematter platform.

We will not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.

4. DATA STORAGE AND THIRD PARTIES

Waitlist submissions are stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google LLC. By submitting your email, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We access Google Sheets through a private, authenticated server-side integration — your data is not shared publicly.

We may use additional third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics) that process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to handle data securely and only as directed by us.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your email address and associated data for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and communicate with you about the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your information within 30 days.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for functionality and analytics purposes. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function correctly as a result. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
